Robert J Walsh has over thirty years of experience managing environmental projects including preliminary assessment; site investigations; remedial investigations; baseline ecological evaluations, browns field development, receptor evaluations, remedial action work plans, remedial action reports, classified exemption area; feasibility studies: design and installation of soil and groundwater treatment systems; design and installation of underground and above ground storage tank systems; emergency spill response; dewatering systems; geotechnical and site construction. As a State of New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), Mr. Walsh has issued Response Action Outcome certification for Federal, State, Local, Industrial, Commercial and Private Corporations.
Mr. Walsh works in environmental and energy management industries with emphasis on site remediation, dewatering systems, structural support/underpinning system, mechanical contracting and field analytical technologies.
Mr. Walsh has implemented in-situ remediation systems for soil and groundwater including total fluids extraction, groundwater extraction, vapor extraction, ozone injection and various treatment technologies applied to the resulting effluent streams. He has designed and installed above ground and underground storage tank systems throughout the United States.
Mr. Walsh has extensive experience in commercial and residential excavation projects and soil excavation in space-restricted areas. He has experience in building and structure evaluation relative to nearby excavation activities. He has managed numerous large-scale commercial and residential cleanup projects involving structure bracing or structure demolition and restoration. He has designed and installed dewatering systems, shoring systems, drainage systems, wastewater systems and storm water management systems.
Mr. Walsh clients include Federal Government General Services Administration, NJDEP, NJDOT, NJ Weights and Measures, NJ State Police, NJ Turnpike Authority, NJ Parks and Forestry, US Parks and Forestry, Philadelphia Navy Yard and small to large businesses.
Mr. Lenhart is currently conducting site investigations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater studies, and regulatory compliance consulting including spill prevention planning and storm water studies for private and public sector clients. Projects include the management soil and groundwater investigations under New Jersey's Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA).
Mr. Lenhart has contributed to EPA guidance documents regarding the safe design of drainage systems for hazardous waste landfills. He has evaluated RCRA-mandated ground-water monitoring systems for various hazardous waste sites, and coordinated a major project to conduct preliminary assessments and site inspections at over 100 hazardous waste management facilities in Louisiana. He has performed hydrologic evaluations as part of the feasibility study for the Florence Land Recontouring Landfill, a major CERCLA site in Florence, New Jersey.
